Birthday Parties SwimWest Swim School

SwimWest Fitchburg is happy to offer private Birthday Parties on Saturday afternoons!
For only $200, you can have our entire facility reserved just for your special event.
No worries about other people swimming in the pool – its all for you!

Additional guests above the first 20 are only $3.00 each!
Choose from 1:00pm and 3:30pm party times.

*Summer party times are at Noon only*

It’s always a Splash-Tastic time at SwimWest!

Party Perks include:

Parties are two (2) hours long
50 minutes of swimming and 10 minutes to change into dry clothes, followed by 60 minutes for food and presents
20 swimmers included in the $200.00 fee
Each additional swimmer is only $3.00
Three (3) large cheese pizzas from Papa John’s* included
(Pizza breaks down to 24 slices total)
Tables and chairs set up for you
Birthday themed plates, napkins, and forks provided
One (1) juice box for each child
Parents can bring in cake or dessert
(Please remember to bring a knife, candles, and matches if you bring cake)
American Red Cross certified lifeguard on duty
Party Assistant to help your party run smoothly
SwimWest invitations with parent waiver forms provided
Special t-shirt and card for the birthday child
All clean-up is taken care of by our staff
You are welcome to bring toys and games to the pool with you
We have noodles, balls, torpedoes, a floating basketball hoop, and other various toys here for the party to use

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you book your party.
If you choose to cancel the party, the deposit becomes
SwimWest Swim School credit for future use towards any of our programs.

Your remaining balance, including all additional swimmers
and extra pizza, is due by the end of your party.

Due to staffing, we require that you book your party
no less than 10 days in advance.
