SwimWest Birthday Pool Parties

SwimWest Madison is happy to offer Birthday Parties
on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
For only $125, your child and eight (8) friends
can enjoy a great time in the pool!

Choose from these party times:
Saturdays: 1:30pm or 2:30pm
Sundays: 12:30pm, 1:30pm, or 2:30pm

If you would like to celebrate your birthday with us,
please call 831-6829 to reserve your party time.
It’s always a Splash-Tastic time at SwimWest!

Party Perks include:

Parties are two (2) hours long
60 minutes to swim, 30 minutes for cake, and 30 minutes for presents
Nine (9) swimmers included in the $125.00 fee (includes birthday child)
Each additional swimmer is $5.00
All parents of invited guests can swim for free!
Tables and chairs set up for you
Plates, napkins, forks, and lemonade provided
Pizza can be delivered from any local pizzeria (not included)
Parents bring in cake or dessert
(Please remember to bring a knife, candles, and matches if you bring cake)
American Red Cross certified lifeguard on duty
SwimWest invitations with parent waiver form provided
Special t-shirt and card for the birthday child
All clean-up is taken care of by our staff
You are welcome to bring pool toys to the party with you

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you book your birthday party.
If you choose to cancel the party, the deposit becomes SwimWest Swim School
credit for future use towards any of our programs.

The remaining balance, including all additional swimmers,
is due upon arrival for your party.
