STEPHEN – Camp Director

Stephen attended Trinity University-San Antonio Texas.  About 7 years ago, he first discovered his passion for summer camps when he had the unique opportunity to work as a camp counselor Camp Champions in Central Texas. It was through this experience that that Stephen realized that working with children was an area that he thoroughly enjoyed and excelled at. 

Since then Stephen has had five plus years of experience working with children ages 5-13 in a variety of camp settings, including sports and overnight camps. He has had extensive training in behavioral management and parent communications, leadership communication with a focus on camp training, and 80 hours of childhood development coursework. Stephen is also CPR/First Aid and life-guard certified. 

After many years of summer camp and after-school programs, Stephen says, “I find that it still provides a heartfelt sense of fulfillment. For me, working to impact children's lives in a positive and meaningful way is an extraordinary and important experience. I am very fortunate to continue this work as a camp director.”

JOEL– Camp Counselor

I have incredible social and camp oriented skills. I have an easy time with getting  campers involved in any activity taking place. I am an excellent swimmer, enjoy hiking, cycling, camping, and many different field sports. I am a senior at UW Madison and going to school for Political Science. I plan on being a teacher when I graduate.  

ALEX– Camp Counselor

Currently I studying at UW Fon Du Lac majoring in Psychology. I enjoy basketball, am a talented soccer player, and love a quick pick up game of football. I am a sponsored skate boarder through Midway Skate Park.   

KATIE - Camp Counselor

I am a senior at  UW-Madison, majoring in Communicative Disorders. I teach a variety of youth sports at Keva Sports and also work at the Waisman Center during the school year. I absolutely love swimming, running and playing volleyball in my free time. I also enjoy going home to Kewaskum to visit my family and friends.

I am a graduate of UW Madison with a major in Zoology.

I have volunteered for several after school programs and enjoy having a positive impact on the children.      

I love the outdoors and will enjoy teaching many different sports to your children. I am originally from Canada and

excel at hockey and Lacrosse.  

LINDSAY– Camp Counselor

I am a senior at UW Madison majoring in kinesiology/Athletic Training.  I am a well rounded athlete being the captain of track and basketball I am sure to show my leadership skills in coach your children on new ways to play and learn the sports. I have orchestrated different clinics for elementary school age children in basketball, am excited to give 100% of my energy to Swim&Gym.

JAMES– Camp Counselor

I am in my fourth year at UW-Green Bay as I continue to work on my Education major, with a minor in English. When I am not working or in class I enjoy hanging out with friends, hiking, running and reading. I just started to learn how to play the guitar, hopefully by summer’s end I can play a fun camp song!

I am enrolled at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI majoring in East Asian Studies/Japanese.  I have seven years experience as a camp counselor, and I am excited to show my enthusiasm in all the sports activities.  

I am going to be a senior at UW Madison this fall, majoring in Physiology. I enjoy and play many different sports. I was the captain of the tennis team and am looking forward to showing the campers all about the game.   I love being a part of the team and will demonstrate how to be a team leader. 

I am currently studying at UW Stevens Point and majoring in Health Promotion. I have been a swim instructor for SwimWest and love to swim. I enjoy teaching children and helping them to excel.
