This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information you voluntarily
provide while at the SwimWest Web site. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies
SwimWest Swim School does not own or control, nor people SwimWest does not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use
SwimWest Swim School collects and maintains the personally identifiable information
you provide when requesting subscription to our online newsletter, contacting SwimWest,
and registering for swim lessons.
The personally identifiable information collected serves three purposes: To send requested information
via e-mail, respond to your personal inquiries, and register you for desired classes or programs.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
SwimWest Swim School refuses to share, rent, or sell any personally identifiable
information you provide while at the SwimWest Web site.
The sole exception to this policy are cases in which we are required by law to provide personally
identifiable information (i.e. subpoenas, court orders, or other legal proceedings).

Access to your personally identifiable information is permitted by authorized SwimWest Swim School
personnel only and is username/password protected.
