Water Fitness Class: Mon, Wed, Fri at 8:00AM to 8:45AM | $5.00 per class
This low-impact class concentrates on using a full range of motion. Participants work major muscle groups to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Water Fitness Plus Class: Mon, Wed, Fri at 12:00PM to 12:45PM $5.00 per class
These classes offer beginner to intermediate level workouts adding hydros and noodles to increase resistance through the water. This class takes place in shallow and deep water.
All classes are taught by a certified instructor. Class times may change with swim program sessions. The front desk will have current times available.
